Today’s photos are from yesterday, when my nephew and I went on a whole-day ramble from Russell Square to Holland Park and South Kensington.
My day began with a quick walk to the Holborn Underground Station, to take the Central Line west to Holland Park. The London Underground is the best way to move around the city: yesterday, despite making numerous stops, including a stop in Russell Square to see what was blooming (black tulips), I made it to our agreed-upon meeting point, Leighton House in Holland Park, just 3 minutes late!
