At the Palo Alto Festival of the Arts Today, the 4th Saturday of August 2013: WordPress Photo Challenge “Focus” # 3

A big part of the Festival is the street chalk art.

The metal sculptures are always on the same corner of University Ave. This year, there were variations on the theme. Suddenly, colorful pieces, like these sunflowers, were part of the display.

It was a lot of fun.

Self decided, in retrospect, that this set of photographs might fit in with this week’s WordPress Photo Challenge:  FOCUS.

Here are some suggestions from The Daily Post website:

• Snap a photo of someone or something in focus, against a blurred background (Self thinks photograph # 1 definitely fits in this category)
• Share a panorama or landscape in sharp focus, in which you can see details far away (Perhaps photograph # 3?)
