Looove the Negros Museum Café! Sisters Gemma and Weng were almost her first friends in Bacolod. They are from Sagay.
The Café is where she got her first taste of Bacolod rum. Last March, she treated the secretaries of Daku Balay to dinner there.
Self went back there a few days ago and found Gemma making a caramel chocolate concoction.
On one wall was a sign advertising Gemma’s new offering: handmade chocolates! And here are the flavors:
coffee caramel * vanilla cream * marzipan orange * walnut organic mascobado * ganache tanduay 1.5 years, and pistachio banana
Self tried the coffee caramel and the pistachio banana — Yuuuummm!
