Thank you for your interest. Basically, I want to focus on forms of “fragmented” writing, like journals, short shorts, prose that veers into poetry, lists — playing with those and seeing how arranging them in a sequence can produce a coherent narrative, without necessarily having to concern oneself with conventional devices like “plot.” Basically, the workshop will be into exploring mood, discovering whether “mood” is enough to sustain a reader’s interest, in the absence of plot or other narrative devices . . .
