Loved the whole idea of visiting a place she’s never been to before.  That is, she has been to Pampanga, but usually just when she or her family were on their way to Baguio, never as a destination in itself.

Did dear blog readers know that Pampanga has its own version of talangka (crab roe), that it’s from Guagua, and is said to be even better than the talangka of Bacolod?

Did dear blog readers know that the founder of Lapid’s chicharon, sold near Ateneo, is actually from Guagua, Pampanga?
